Located in Woodburn, Oregon, in the beautiful Willamette Valley, between Salem and Portland, Senior Estates Golf and Country Club is a private, active, 55+ community immediately adjacent to Interstate I-5. It is also only a short drive to the clear mountain streams of the Cascade Mountains or to the sparkling beaches of the Pacific Ocean. From the time the first home was completed in 1961, it has grown into a community of 1,511 privately owned homes surrounding a private 18-hole golf course and a clubhouse that serves many functions. Each property must be occupied by a person at least 55 years of age. It is supported by assessments, golf dues and fees. The balance of our support comes from volunteers and fund raising.

About Us

All property owners are members of a non-profit corporation that owns all the common property including the golf course and clubhouse, and have equal shares in the corporation’s common property. One property owner/occupant must be the minimum age of 55. To protect our status, we have adopted rules, regulations, and restrictions. All homes are single story.

Associate memberships (must be 50+) are available for all on-site activities. Golf memberships are available to all associate members.

All members enjoy this private golf and country club. The Club owns the 18-hole (USGA rated par 72) golf course, pro shop, indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub spa, exercise facilities, pool room, restaurant, auditorium, RV lot and more, plus a full slate of social activities. Golf cars are legal on the adjacent streets. Less than a ½ mile away is The Company Stores, which is one of the top tourist attractions. Nearby are many stores for your shopping needs, plus medical and dental offices for your personal needs.
