It is a private, active, 55+ community located in Woodburn Oregon. Each of the 1,511 homeowners has an undivided ownership in all of the facilities and common areas including the club house and golf course. Associate memberships (must be 50+) are available for all on-site activities. Golf memberships are available to all associate members.
